INVESTIGATION OF THE VISCOSITY OF DISPERSED MEDIA UNDER CONDITIONS OF THEIR INTENSIVE PROCESSING

The article presents the analysis of rheological models, which are described by different laws of the current. The conducted analysis shows the existence of different approaches to taking into account the viscous properties of environments that are exposed to certain pressure and velocity quantities. In addition to substantiating and choosing an analytical dependence in determining the viscosity, it is proposed to adapt the law of change of rheological properties to specific technological conditions of processing, in particular for ultrasonic technologies
