MATHEMATICAL DESCRIPTION OF PROCESSES IN THE E-LEARNING

In this paper, based on the analysis of studies and publications, it is noted that the difference between social and pedagogical systems is a formalization in comparison with models of physical and economic processes. The description of processes in the e-education on the basis of the theory of mass maintenance networks and computer ontology is developed, which allows, firstly, to analyze the quality of the EC, and secondly, to take into account the time delays in the interaction of the teacher with the students in the online mode, and thirdly, analyze the characteristics of the process of passing the flow of requests and messages of students that affect the terms of development.
