MODERNIZATION OF THE TEMPLATE FOR MARKING OUT SHEET METAL PRODUCTS OF THE MOST USED SPATIAL FORMS

The use of innovative solutions significantly improves the technological process of manufacturing products, promotes the economic growth of enterprises. Therefore, first, we need to pay attention to the latest technologies as a guarantee of future growth in the welfare of the population. However, it is worth noting that not every company can afford to purchase and sell high-tech equipment due to financial problems. As a consequence of the above, it is necessary to activate the internal potential of enterprises. Simple technical solutions, very often, can serve as a replacement for equipment from foreign manufacturers without significant reorganization of production and large-scale investments.
Due to, the fact that sheet metal is widely used in production, namely in the manufacture of various parts, it is advisable to improve the technological process of processing thin metal sheets. One of the initial operations of machining sheet metal is marking with a template.
The traditional method of using a template for the flat marking of metal sheets involves mirroring the pattern of the marking and the working part of the contour of the template, the movement of the plotter to mark described the shape of the template during contact pattern-painter. As a result, of the markup operation, the number of segments of the broken line that formed the markup pattern was equal to the number of movements required to complete the operation. The disadvantage of the traditional technique is both temporal and spatial aspects of the marking process, namely the change of direction of the drawing, which significantly slows down the marking process.
As a result, of numerous experimental studies, it was found that this process can be improved through innovative techniques of flat marking. In order to maximize the potential of sheet metal machining at the initial stages of the technological process, according to the test results, the design of the marking template was finalized.
