In the given work the problem of modelling of the big technical systems (BТS), that can will solve with the device of the logic-differential equations, alternative information networks and packages of dynamic operations is considered. The purpose of modelling of BТS is creation mathematically coordinated systems of models, that provide statement and carrying out of the big mathematical experiment with the decision of problems of system designing BТS of a certain class. The significant amount of works in the domestic and foreign literature is devoted to research of problems of designing of complex systems. The listed versions of models of complex systems were considered for the description of laws of functioning of separate classes of objects. At the same time, they were mathematically not co-ordinated with other processes, for example, expenses and regenerations of BТS resources and properties of approachibility of the purposes of reliability, efficiency of performance of operations.

Models which are developed in given article, allow to solve a significant amount of applied problems of BТS modeling, that contain strict conditions of the mathematical coordination of differential models with automatic models, and their "hybrids" - with alternative information networks. These conditions have allowed to receive models of dynamic operations and, eventually, to construct and investigate packages of dynamic operations.
