MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF DYNAMIC MODES OF THE MILK ELECTROPASSERIZATOR WITH INFRARED DISTRIBUTOR

A mathematical description of the dynamic temperature regime of an electric pasteurizer of flow type milk with an infrared emitter has been developed. The mathematical description of the dynamic modes of such a installation will be made on the basis of the equations of the thermal balance based on the following thermophysical references: the power emitted in the body of the combustion is spent on increasing its temperature and partially transmitted by convective heat transfer and radiation to the inner surface of the tube, as well as radiation to milk, which moves in an intertubular space.The structural scheme of the mathematical model of the dynamics of the pasteurization and transfer functions of the individual elements of the installation units is obtained.
