Methods of creating mathematical models for the cultivation of sugar beets. Research of parameters of technological processes of sugar beet production is proposed to be carried out with the help of modeling of technological processes with determination of the influence of various factors on this process. The method of small deviations makes it possible to select the factors that create the greatest influence with the ignoring of the minor ones in the creation of the mathematical model, and also allow analysis of the relationships between the parameters, which greatly simplifies the mathematical model.

The simulation results are used to adopt the optimal variant from the set of permissible ones taking into account the criterion that expresses the efficiency of the technological process. Simulation and determination of parameters of technological processes of sugar beet production was carried out at the Laboratory of Mathematical Modeling and Information Technologies at the Institute of Bioenergetic Cultures and Sugar Beet at the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
