STUDY OF METROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEVICE FOR MEASURING THE VACUUMMETRIC PARAMETERS OF THE DRY LOADING LINE

In the scientific article on the basis of the critical analysis of the known technical means for diagnosing the state of the milking equipment, a device for measuring the vacuum-metric parameters of the line of washing of the milking plant, according to metrological indicators was developed.
As a result of the study of the metrological characteristics of the device for measuring the vacuum gauge parameters of the milking line washing line, it was established that the equation describing the gauge characteristic of the pressure sensors that are part of the developed device and coincides with the equation given in the technical documentation on the sensors. The measurement error of the measured range is determined. According to the results of the study, there is no reason to believe that the pressure sensors inherent in the effect of hysteresis. In the course of the research, the duration of the phases of the pulses of dynamic pressure was determined and it was established that the magnitude of the error does not depend on the frequency of pulsations.
