Archiving and long-term preservation policy
The journal ensures long-term preservation of published materials and their accessibility to users in accordance with the principles of open access and modern requirements for scientific publications.
Full-text articles are posted on the official journal website after publication and remain available in open access without time limitations. Archival materials are stored in the form of electronic versions of journal issues and individual articles in formats that ensure their long-term usability and reproducibility.
To ensure reliable preservation and accessibility of scientific materials, electronic copies of articles are transferred to the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine and made available on the Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine portal, which provides national archiving of scientific publications.
Journal materials may also be deposited in international information systems and scientific databases, including Index Copernicus, as well as in institutional repositories of the publishing institution and other electronic archival systems.
To ensure long-term data preservation, modern technical storage tools are used, including regular backup of materials and maintenance of electronic archives on the server resources of the publishing institution.
The editorial office monitors the integrity of electronic materials, their relevance, and accessibility to users. In the event of technical changes or updates to information resources, archival materials are transferred without loss of content or structure.
The archiving policy is aimed at guaranteeing long-term availability of scientific materials, their preservation, and their use in educational, scientific, and practical activities.
