BENDING THE RACIONAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE NATHIC MECHANISM VISOKOSHVIDKISNOЇ STRIGAL MACHINES

The research was conducted to substantiate the rational design of the pressing mechanism, the lever and the eccentric mechanism of the cutter machine. The results of theoretical studies of technological and technical parameters of high-speed sweepers and some of their working bodies are presented. To substantiate the parameters of the design of the push mechanism by eliminating the deviations of the centers of the oscillations of the thrust rod and the lever from their optimal position in the direction perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the machine, it is necessary to include in the drawing on the shells of the shaft heads tolerances on the mutual position of the holes under the center of the oscillation of the lever and the slope for the push mechanism . The axis of the hole under the center of the oscillation of the lever and the axis of the sloping hole under the push mechanism must be made on a high class of accuracy on the common plane perpendicular to the plane of the comb attachment.
